nice looking gun...looks like skeet configuration...perhaps a del grego up grade?
case colors appear to be like what one sees on some del grego redos...visually appealing, but not original looking...
bet this is a dandy skeet gun, presuming chokes are open...
thanks for pics...a pic of barrel flats and tip of forend would be helpful and revealing...

just noticed gun has miller single trigger, which is a plus...
and forend iron can be repaired...bet delgrego can do that for you...
suggest you contact delgrego for search of their records...if you discover they did case colors and/or other work, that will enhance value...

also, just noticed screws are not aligned to factory specs, which indicates gun has been worked on by unprofessional hands...
fixing the forend iron, timing the screws and fixing any other minor flaws would be money well spent...let the new owner deal with the short stock...it may be just right for him or her...

serial #211775 was made in 1925, which is too early to be an original parker skeet gun..which is too bad, value wise...
and the more i look at those case colors, the less del gregoish they look to me...but then?

I'll guess, considering the checkering border style and the cyanide case color, that your gun probably has Remington date codes on the left barrel flat. It looks very much like a Remington restoration.

Is the safety a safety or has it been converted to a barrel selector ? If the trigger is in the rear position 13 1/4 " is still to short for me but isn't way off for a lot of people.

As a buyer I would want to see a factory letter, in most cases readily available from PGCA. From the photos it's been altered in several ways. Lack of good muzzle photo with 26 inch barrels is a flag. Letter would settle the issue.
Friend asked me to value one similar, I put it at half unaltered. Having said that a well altered Parker can be a very good buy for a shooter. The gun looks nice, if 26 inch is origional would be a good game gun.

I'm going on the history of the current owner. She states the gun was her late husband's father. The late husband was not a shooter and he was probably in his 70s. She said the father was a very small statured guy and had the stock cut down in the 40s. I guess if it had been altered, it would have been the same time as the cutdown. I'll post up some pics of the barrel flats and muzzle this evening. Again I want to thank you guys for your opinions. I talked to "Bud" Stanley in Spokane Wa. this evening, he seems to be the guy that knows Parkers. He was a wealth of info as well.
