I keep an updated record of all my guns. What I paid for them and what I estimate their worth and give my kids an updated copy often.
I did inform them some of the books in my library are somewhat valuable and to make sure they get a fair price for them if they wish to dispose of some of them.
Most of my stuff will be appreciated by my kids and Grand kids
so not too worried about that.
