I had some difficulty reloading 12 gauge Remington Gun Club shells using CCI209 primers. The primers would not sit deeply enough and so prevented smooth rotation of the (MEC) press rotating stage. Switching to Federal 209A primers (using another approved recipe) solved the problem. I vaguely recall talking to a vendor some time ago in which he claimed that not all "209" primers have the same diameters.
Is there a list of major primer sizes that would show these differences?
