Brisance is the measurement of shock produced by different explosives and the word doesn't
directly relate to shotgun primers.

Primer makers use different primary explosives in admixture with sensitizers and other compounds to produce the temperature, duration and amount of hot gas they target for their product. Those are the important parameters. I doubt the ballistics labs would release specifics on their primers and even if they did, that we'd ould be able to decipher and compare one against the other.
