There were two types of Pieper mono-block barrels. On his original the breech piece was bored with a slight taper
& the barrels inserted from the rear. There is a step down at the end of the breech piece. At least some of these are marked Diana.
Mine is the 2nd type & is marked Modified Diana. On this type the barrels are inserted from the front & have a smooth transition (No Step) from the breech piece to the barrels as in modern day mono-blocks. On this one the barrels are actually threaded in & only go about about half way through, thus the chamber is partially in the mono-block & partially in the barrels. Yours would appear to be a higher grade gun so may be chopper lumped, not certain if Pieper used that method of joining barrels or not.
