Many countries require special gun storage regulations meaning that would require bunker room in villa. There is no such thing as truck or car gun (gun left in parked car permanently).This prevents kids taking guns to school shooting other kids or kids shooting themselves with loaded guns they find under beds or in shoe boxes. It also helps prevent guns from being stolen and used in crimes. This is very good for responsible gun owners because it protects them from irresponsible gun owners ie every time tragedy or gun crime happens politicians want to take everyones guns away.
