Brent, applying light pressure generates the heat to make the crimp roll. As to the speed, I can't remember but what ever I used it for before is what it stayed at.
Again from the looks of your hulls they are too long. If you have them all cut to that length just add a two more over shot cards to bring the height higher. You are trying to roll too much plastic.
