30" barrels, no pitting and seems very tight.

Where are you in Maryland? We have quite a few double gun guys that can help. That's a very nice gun. We need a photo of the barrel lumps.

It is a potentially excellent gun. Note that no pitting may be because the barrels have been honed to clean up pits. A gun that old with that much wear to its finish is more likely to have been honed at one time than not.
You need to have it evaluated by a competent gunsmith for condition, in particular barrel wall thickness. Not sure who near you can do that, but others here will.
You can email Greener with the serial number and they can provide some details on when it was made and model etc.
It looks like a possible F40 or better to me. Better especially in that it does not have the Greener side safety many dislike. Note in the era of Damascus F40 is a top end Boxlock ejector, amongst the best ever made.
Depending on its history with your family it really is a keeper that you might regret letting go of.
In terms of value, once inspected it could be in the $5k and above or If the barrels are thin or it has other flaws much lower.

It appears to have have the early Greener FP ejectors which are good, but if they have issues almost noone save Greener can fix

It is a Royal model. I have a 45 and this gun is nicer. A photo of the lumps will sort out the mechanics. It doesn't appear to have a safety?? Pigeon Gun? Greener called those Serpentine Fences.
