Unless some company in Turkey can be convinced to make them the cost will be too much. It makes no sense to approach the English as vintage Birmingham double in good original shape can be bought for less than set of spare barrels.
Approaching Germans or Austrians would seem pointless as Hartmann & Weiss, Ziegenhahn, Fanzoj, Hofer,.....firearms are very, very expensive indicating high cost of manufacturing for crafting luxury firearms.
