The one 24 ga gun I have is very light and I have found I simply shoot a six pound gun better. As for buying one, keep your eyes open and search regularly, they do hit the market time to time. As for Ammo, factory loads and reloading components are available from BPI. I had RMC make me 30 all brass shells and they work well. Michael Dittamo Topeka, KS
