yes, that is why I put the parenthetical with a question mark. The panels being the action are pointed to the rear. That's just aesthetics to me. If it bothered me, I'd round them off, but.

Karl, the scallops behind my Merkel have small cracks. My two SKBs do not. Both are bedded but the Merkel has been used much more and much harder, so that may explain it.

Still mystified why Merkels have such a reputation for strength/stoutness.
