I'll leave it to others to decipher the proofs but regarding Henri Pieper.
He was a founding partner and initial managing director of Fabrique Nationale, current owner of Winchester and Browning. This was in addition to his own company, Henri Pieper and it's descendants as well as a high volume Damascus barrel manufacturing concern in Belgium.
Pieper made guns under their own name, which were typically well made lower and middle price points guns (for the times). Pieper guns have often been tagged with the JABC label but they are definitely a step above that. I have had a number of them and found them to be great guns for the money.
