Guys, Who would you consider to do the best sleeving work in the US? I had John Foster in England to do a hammer gun years ago, but he is retired, I understand. Thanks, Sandlapper

Kirk Merrington did an excellent job for me on a Belgian SLE. The weight, balance and appearance were all excellent, coming with a couple of grams of the original stamped barrel weight on the gun.
Only downside is I do not believe he offers seamless

I do a fair amount of sleeving, only drawback is I can't get fixed full choke barrels anymore. My barrels are just the straight bore, if choke is desired a choke sleeve can be fixed into the muzzle, or Briley thinwall interchangables are an option. I can do welded or or unwelded seam. I've done sleeving for several here.

gunmaker, I believe Walther has a US rep. I believe they have the blank barrels you are looking for. You can find the blanks on their website, but you may have to do some looking. Mike

Er Shaw doesn't do smoothbore shotgun tubes anymore. LW is a possibility.

Pacnor has made smoothbore tubes in special order runs. And they are willing to have special reamers made for special jobs, like choke boring. They might be worth talking with.
