No, those are the original finish 31" Barnard damascus barrels. This gun really is an anomaly, in that the Husky site doesn't list 31" barrels available for the 44, let alone with Barnard Damascus. This is the only 44 16ga (14ga?) I've ever seen, although I did see a 12ga for sale once. www.marklarsongunart.com www.marklarsonart.com
