Getting back to topic on hand reason I mentioned 30"/76mm SKB is because it had stock design similar to Royal Deluxe seen at Artemis. What makes older fixed choke SKB SxS guns nice are light weight barrels making stock style largely irrelevant. The Royal Deluxe is seen with plain blonde walnut wood which is very light to begin with.
Jager, most SKB 12's were 2 3/4". The 30" barrels, 3" chambers, and SKB recoil pad pretty much mean it was one of the far less frequently seen magnums.
Meanwhile, the Royal Deluxe worked well on wild roosters. One windy day with only one decent shot (which I managed to hit) and a much nicer day with as quick a limit as I've shot in Iowa in several years.
