Beautiful German gun, but the barrels make me question it. If it was all original it would be a stellar upland gun. http://www.gunbroker.com/item/711692810

No, but I know nothing about specs of Lindner guns. Some German makers would dress up muzzle end area with little lines. Kind of odd that seller gives stock dimensions, chamber length and only states that the gun has "open chokes.

They sure look cut to me. The end fill is too new looking and it is slighly recessed which indicates it being new and incorrectly done. Also, the 26” length is a little suspect. Especially if it is exactly 26”. Since most european guns would be metric lengths, rarely would a “26 inch” barrel actually be 26 inches.

Yeah, sure is a pitiful looking muzzle for a Diamond Daly. Also, since the fore sling-swivel has been removed, I'm sure they tinkered w/ something else.
Interesting though that it touts that Charles Daly was from Thuringia. That along with the low serial number will date it.
Cheers,

Ok, experts said cut barrels. I guess the description needs to be changed from "open choked" to "opened chokes" using unsual method to make it into better a "brush gun".
