Thanks all. Can't take it easy, tho'. Got to keep that peanut combine rolling while the weather is right. I was back on it 22 hours after the wreck, and drove it again all afternoon today. I've got severe road rash on my left forearm with 8 or 9 stitches, on my left hand with 2 or 3 stitches, a terribly scraped and swollen left knee ............. but the hurtinest thing of all is the broken ribs. You just can't get completely comfortable until they stop hurtin'.
It's getting better each day, tho'. I picked up my 30" barreled 20 ga. 687 SPII this morning, and was able to hold it up briefly. Yesterday I couldn't even get that arm up. I need to get strong enough to shoot a charity event next Saturday, for a friend, with my 9# 3 oz. MX8. I think I'll be ready, Lord willing.
Plan to take the pics of the refurbished LOM cases Monday, s'posed to rain so I'll get the day off.
