I've owned lots of guns with single selective triggers and have had few, if any, problems with any of them. I have not owned a Sarasilmaz or a Huglu though, and don't expect to. The best you can hope for is to get what you pay for. Therefore, it's reasonable to expect better operation from a $3000 gun than from a $300 one. I much prefer two triggers on a SxS gun but have been able to live with single(selective) triggers on decent quality O/U guns.
