About six years ago, the front portion of the bottom rib of my 1914-vintage A-grade Ansley H. Fox 12-gauge "Meat in the Pot" popped loose. I took the gun down to Keith Kearcher and he did a repair. Towards the end of the 2015-16 season, my fiftieth with Meat-in-the-Pot, the back half of the rib came loose. I took the gun with me to Hausemann's Hidden Hollow in June 2016, and dropped it off at Bachelder's in Grand Rapids on my way home. Finally got it back completely relayed and reblued, and have shot a couple of rounds of skeet. Looks beautiful. Hopefully will last another fifty years.
