Stan. it's my neighbour's workshed. At least that's what he calls it. It's really a repository for every scrap of wood he's ever cut off the piece he's using. Cub didn't know he shouldn't be asking me for food. He was a bit bigger than he looks. Just old enough to be all legs.

Great hat James! I've got one just like it.
I'd be a bit nervous about a black bear cub getting too close, knowing that Mama Bear might perceive you as a threat. A few years ago, I watched a couple sows ripping up big pieces of sod while looking for grubs easier than you or I could do it with a sharp spade. Powerful animals.
