Reloading provides so many opportunities for disaster that using data that has not been verified by some reputable testing facility seems ill advised.
I've never found myself in a situation that the data provided by the powder manufacturers did not meet my needs. Their publication exposed them to the horrors of the US legal system and that to me authenticates their data absolutely.
Do the other sources include such an assurance? Probably not.
