Your #1 reminds me of my very first Schuetzen rifle. Stocked very similar to yours it had a Krieger .32-40 barrel throated for breach seating. It also had a Kepplinger single set trigger. My best buddy spent several hours building a cam type breach seater for it that was a work of art. As is often the case, I sold it long ago. Not the smartest move on my part.
