Now first I will admit I did not read the entire article in the new Shooting Sportsman about the Dickinson by Bruce Scott but what I did read was there were some issues with misfires with various ammo. I have been looking at these guns for awhile and am considering getting one in 410 to shoot doves. My gun club, Deep River sells the SKB version and I really like what I see in them. So have anybody had issues?

Bruce also said one of his test guns had trigger pulls heavier than the weight of the gun, while the other was OK. I think the Turks are getting better on triggers, but I'd never buy one without first having it in my hands and testing the triggers.
The SKB version is single trigger only. I did do a trigger test on one of those in a gun shop (without my trigger pull gauge) and it felt fine to me. But I'd still apply the same caution to those as to the Dickinsons.

I've shot my .410 for two seasons with no misfires, using three different brands of shells. My triggers also were perfect out of the box.

I've owned and used a Cabela's Dickinson 12 gauge SxS for three years; and generally been pleased. Good SxS value for the money. Mine came with choke tubes.
I experienced two mechanical problems, and both were promptly repaired by their third-party warranty station in Oregon.
The first year the left trigger failed. I think an internal spring broke. Fixed and returned within two weeks.
Last year I started having misfires with my AA reloads using Nobel primers, and with Federal factory ammo. Reloads with Winchester primers were mostly O.K., as was Winchester factory ammo. Supposedly "hard primers." I sent it back for warranty repair. Returned within three weeks, and no more misfires. I don't know how/what the repair involved.
Other than these two instances, no other problems. Probably fired 2k+ rounds at Clays and birds. Killed many pheasants and some quail.
I would again buy a Dickinson.

DDA Two different people. Bruce Scott produced shooting videos and did outdoor shows for awhile with Marty Fisher. Bruce Buck has been an editor for shooting rags for a long time, and "specializes" in gun reviews. I've taken Bruce Scott and Marty Fisher crow hunting, when they were doing the filming for shows, and used to see him from time to time at major sporting clays shoots. Don't think I've ever met Bruce Buck, The Technoid, but have communicated with him. He is occasionally active on the SSM BBS. SRH

I have a .410 Dickinson Estate that I took Larry's advice on checking the trigger pulls before purchasing. In fact, I borrowed Larry's gauge to check my gun's pull weight -- they measured 5 lbs. front and 4 1/2 lbs. rear - straight from the factory. I haven't experienced any misfires with my gun in the 2 1/2 years since purchase. I would put them in the "Best Buy" category of S x S doubleguns today.

I recall reading that CZ's policy is that they will lighten trigger pulls, but only down to the weight of the gun. Bruce Buck stated that Dickinson would not do anything with triggers as long as they're "functional". I would not want to be stuck with a 5 1/2# 28ga with 8 pound triggers, so I definitely wouldn't be happy if I lost the lottery on a Dickinson. I'm not sure what SKB's policy is.
