Bartlett, it may have been completely wrecked but looking at it I would have thought that it could have been saved and worth it by sleeving....
I guess it was some sort of restriction in the U.S. that would prevent its import for some reason. Maybe the length issue. Lagopus.....
Yes I am rather certain it could have been saved by sleeving. Unfortunately someone choose to pay for it to be essentially destroyed instead. As to the problem acquiring it that, as I recall, was more on the seller's side with hesitation over shipping it to the USA. A great shame.
