I have a trashed, old Pieper that I intend to turn into a lamp. Why not? It's not good for anything else. I also have to deactivate breech sections when they become too short, (for my segment collection) so I drill holes into the chambers.

I prefer wood to plastic, leather to nylon, waxed cotton to Gore-Tex, and split bamboo to graphite.
