Good, but you forgot to add great sex with wife or life partner. If one is no longer attracted to spouse I suggest an upgrade just like the wealthy do. Remember, what is Holland & Holland, Purdey,.... when compared to spouse half ones age or younger, how about nothing.

For what that sort of "upgrade" might cost me, I could rush order a garniture of MacNaughton's in time for grouse season.
I think I'll just wear out my elliptical.
Out there doing it best I can.

I hit Anytime Fitness about three time week but the only girls that notice me have blue hair. It's not easy turning 76!

8 miles a day on the moutain bike, and use hand sanitizer often. My chaplain work takes me into hospitals etc., and when I was an intern at Children's Medical Center Dallas, sanitizer was rigorously enforced. I am rarely sick.

Gentlemen, thank you. The recurring theme here seems to be lots of physical activity, coupled with getting out of the house. These have always been my fallback position. I am scheduling back surgery today to, hopefully, allow that to continue.

Having gone through a divorce (long ago) and having done some divorce work in my law practice, I can tell you with authority that not even the rich can afford the costs of a divorce...Geo

I could not find your attempt at humor in suggesting breaking one's wedding vows for an "upgrade" more tasteless. Selfish amorality, if only in jest, is a poor substitute for character and commitment. While the media may make it appear everyone walks away from commitment. My circle of friends all seem to have original wife and appear happy despite your posited lack of upgrade. Returning to the subject of the post, fitness, it is painfully simple, be active, burn the calories/Carbs you take in, and lastly have a routine. None of this is as easy to do as say. Like marriage it requires commitment.
