If the gun isn't loose then don't worry about it. You might be able to shoot it the rest of your life without much more wear. If you keep your gun clean and well lubricated wear will be negligible. Yes, several GOOD gunsmiths can make a new bolt or weld up the current one and refit it to new if you'd be more comfortable with the lever to the right. I use Abe Chaber and David Yale for work of this type. Abe will make a new one and David will weld up the old one--your choice.
