The lazer bore sighter is for getting close, final sighting will have to come from actual firing. The lazer aligns the sights with the bore, but does not take into account movement of the gun upon firing before the projectile clears the muzzle or projectile trajectory. I would make my initial adjustment to split the difference between the two bbls, as what you are seeing is the convergence built into all double bbls. Actual firing will then be necessary to determine if bbls are properly regulated to hit togther & to make final sight adjustments. Expect to also have to make some elevation adjustments after actual firing. The lazer sighters, optical collimators etc save ammo in making initial adjustments, but still require actual firing for final alignment.
