It's a bit late for Christmas, but I'd like to thank Mr. Hadoke for the fine book Hammer Guns. His pictures, history, and details are fascinating and with Christmas company around the house, I only get to pick up the book in short spurts. I do appreciate his "in my opinion" points of view. Some authors just state their opinions as fact.

Anyone who might appreciate one of those beautiful hammer guns will get a lot of enjoyment on the development of the guns in this book.
