I wish he would take an enlightened stance that hunting is a cultural tradition and those who wish to use period guns should be allowed to use period proper ammo. Those who use side by sides should be allowed to use lead shot for all hunting. After all there are so few of us afield that a few lead shot shells should make no difference. That would be a nice Christmas gift to all who own and use doubles. Novel idea!
