We do Cowboy Action Shooting and have an affinity for Marlin 1894 rifles. Critical parts are almost impossible to find and prices have went up dramatically. And the Marlin 1894 is a common gun and more or less, still in production. I also have a few old Marlin 1894s that parts are almost impossible to find. I have a real Colt SAA second generation I'd like to replace the hammer. But finding one, even at an unreasonable price is just crazy.
