The 3 and the D are both Grade indicators. It is a DH or a Grade 3. they're the same thing.

There are no Parkers in the 3 hundred-thousand range.

The forend wood is not checkered properly for a Grade 3 gun and the stock should have 'drop points' ar the rear of the cheek panels. Further, a DH would normally have had a skeleton steel butt plate.

Judging by the checkering and the thickness at the wrist that could be Remington wood. Could make a decent shooter with a set of proper barrels.
