I've hunted all over most of eastern AR, Jon, the places Geo mentioned and many more. It's all going to be a crap shoot ...... whether or not the ducks are there because of the weather, mostly. No way to predict it. But if I wanted to give it one shot and try to hit it big, I would look up around the Jonesboro, AR area, or Reelfoot Lake, TN. So many years I have been down around Forrest City, Brinkley, Dewitt, Marianna and Stuttgart hunting, and the ducks were "hung up" up around Jonesboro. Sorry I can't offer any specific outfitter recommendations in that area, but maybe someone else can do so. Reelfoot Lake, TN is pretty dependable in the late season. But when I was there about a month ago for teal I was hearing that most guides were booked up. Google BlueBank Lodge and give them a call and ask. If you can book something there you will be really amazed at the facilities. Great place to stay, great restaurant, great guides, all right there on the lake. Nice package, for $350/day.
