More than I can say for W209, although the current production ones are better than a few years back. I used to find them in the primer tray with no compound. The last few sleeves have been perfect though.

The Remington Gun Club when it first came out had a hard primer, but that's been fixed long ago... they simply use the STS primer in those now.

I'm amazed that Rio's have FTF issues. It's been a great shell and a good value for me.
