My observation is that the Cheddite 209 is the most sensitive primer.
I've also noticed that all the ammunition coming out of the EU looks remarkably similar in both the hull department and the primer department except for Fiocchi.
It appears that Fiocchi makes their own primers and hulls, and that all the others use Cheddite components.
Cheddite is a huge multi-national operation with facilities all over Europe.
I would not be shocked to find that Rio was, in fact, another name for Cheddite advertising claims notwithstanding.
Rio had a loading operation in the USA for a while until the place blew up but the ammo looked just like the stuff loaded in Spain.
Anybody know for sure? Inquiring minds want to know.
