In the pawn shops around here it would likely be $350 and they'd take $300. At Cabelas it would be $500.
The model 220 single shots that early had the same decoration...Geo
Savage Arms Corp. expanded their shotgun offerings for 1937, by adding three break-action Models to their Model 720 "Browning" autoloader. The Model 220 hammerless single barrel --

The Model 320 hammerless double --

And, the Model 420 over/under --

Savage Arms Corp. apparently thought better of the Model 320 and it never appears again. Guess they decided to do the Fox Model B using parts from their J. Stevens No. 530 double in a slightly nicer profiled and decorated frame. The over/unders lasted to the 1941 catalogues but are gone from the 1942 catalogues. The Model 220 last appears in the 1948 catalogues. Pre-WW-II the catalogues state the frame was polished and blued, and after the war case hardened. The Model 220 reappears in 1953, again with a polished and case hardened frame. Nowhere do I see any mention of it being decorated.
