Note I did not say I traded it in on a 28ga Parker, just said Parker. Actually it was a 12ga Trojan, but even with the extra weight I could get on a bird quicker than I could with the 20ga 870. I had started my hunting with an old 12ga J Stevens Arms & Tool Company double & that pump just didn't ever swing right, totally different feel & balance to me. I know other shoot them well but I didn't.
