The name wasn't known to me, so I suspected he is a gunsmith that built/builds guns from parts produced on the "associations" equipment, or retails guns produced by others. I'm not so vain as to think I know all the names, however. Whether it is worthwhile is entirely up to you, depending on their cost, the lead time, the trouble and time in shipping both ways( since you have it here, you won't have to have a lot of trouble, getting it back), balanced by the small advantage of having the work done by them. If you can't live with the condition, you might think about having only parts of the work done, maybe just have the barrels blued, for instance.
