Steve, does TW's have a very long forend? Looks like it could or it could just be the angle of the shot.
The barrel is 26" long, the forend not overly long for the era. I don't have specific measurements, about half the length of the barrel.
Is it just me? But it looks like the top edge of the forend
is well below the center-line of the barrel.
Angle of the pic, makes it look that away.
I'm still not finished with the story or the photo editing, I'll try to post a few more pic soon.
The owner picked up the rifle today. Very exciting to have in the shop!
