Green Dot, 700X, Promo, etc. I load 1oz loads for clays, and any low pressure load that works in a 12ga will work with the 10 - you have bigger chambers so pressure will be down from the 12ga load. I've also used 1 1/8oz 12ga loads. I have the 10 in Parker, Lefever, and Remington and shoot low pressure 2 7/8" shells. Fiber wads will lower the pressure even more and so will the roll crimp. I fold crimp all mine because I find it easier to reload them than after a roll crimp. Any 12ga load in the 8000psi range should work. A friend gives me used 10ga hulls he picks up at a public shooting range, and they're Rem, Fed, and Win hulls which are all straight walled hulls. I use the same data for all and do as said - a plastic SP-10 Rem wad and the necessary 16ga cushion wads inside to get the shot close enough for a good crimp - about .400. A Mec Jr with the short kit works for me and I find 21grs /GD, plastic wad with a 3/8 cushion and 1oz of shot will sit about .400 below the top of the shell for a good fold crimp. You'll only need 3/16" or so for a roll crimp. If using a fold crimp the distance is more critical so the shell doesn't buckle or the crimp looks like shit. With a roll crimp you have more lee way - from a 1/4" to 1/8' and still get a nice crimp.
www.parkerguns.org has tested data in their reloading forum - good luck. Paul
