Sometimes an ill-informed staff can work both ways. A local dealer has a $500 Western Arms gun listed for 4 grand and on their bargain rack they had a high condition Remington Model 12 in Remington Special for $150.00. When I asked them why it was on that sales rack they told me that ammo was no longer made for it. After half an hour they sold me the gun for $100.00 with no returns and as is. Ammo was sitting on my shelf at home and can be found if you know what a Remington 22 Special is. Point is that they do sell guns for less than market value sometimes but you have to know what you are buying. You often see branded guns selling for half the price of the makers gun if it had the makers name on it. They just don't know.
