Dave's arbitrary and reasonable action removed two members with cause: they were stinking up the board; they couldn't help themselves. Misfires should remain where it is until members demonstrate greater respect for others---voluntarily. What goes on here isn't tolerated on other boards i attend regularly, with the same cultural representation except for better discipline and manners.

I'll miss both of them. However I respect Dave's action to maintain control of the bulletin board he after all owns. Both the guys were acting childishly.
As the Presidential election year winds down, I hope that we all can show respect for the rules Dave has established for posting, and courtesy to all the widely varying opinions which might get posted here...Geo

Oh my, I am laughing to myself now , but when I saw the Subject of Mr. Weber's post, I quickly thought of another Mike and Joe pair I am more familiar with.
Texas neighbors to the North:
(Amarillo) Mike Shepherd and Joe Wood, two of the most polite,civil and genuinely Nice Gentlemen of my acquaintance, on or off this board.
I could only imagine that they had escalated their derision of each others generally poor shooting to a heretofore unknown level.

Right Mike, wrong jOe. BTW, It is remarkable to me the frequency with which jOe is involved in a serious feud with other specific members. And the frequency that Mike is not. Methinks one should get the toe permanently.

I think there is a bit of oil and vinegar mix between the two of them it seems. Cooling down periods sometimes help. Worth a shot I'm sure.
