You would have been better off to have used a credit card to have more leverage. You could have contacted them and filed a fraud complaint. What the failed to disclose is fraud because you got less than they advertised and less than they assured you the gun was. Credit card companies act as an extra middle man o. Your behalf. They could have brought pressure on the seller by threatening to reverse the money. I understand many don't want to pay three percent for that option but I do it. It's just like the final sale price being three percent higher but with that extra you have some protection.
