The current Robertsons are between a rock and a hard place. I don't think they are selling well. My reports are that they ARE NOT a Boss at CSMC Fox pricing.
I do like the quarter rib O/U however, even if the price is about 60% too high. I hope to shoot one at Gamefair.
I originally corresponded with the man who made the first pair. In hindsight, I think the published reports about a dedicated factory, etc. were inaccurate. I think the guns are an assemblage of components from the HK empire, with some hand work done in Britain. I'd like to be proven wrong on this, as I'm looking for a reason to spring for one.
But, in general, You don't hear much about them anymore.
If I had a Famars and a Robertson side by side, I'd probably pic the spaghetti gun.
