Visitors would say You live in Heaven. I'd say You should be here in January. Brutal. You could almost draw a straight line from there to the coast of Labrador. I thought I was a Marlborough Man, had a couple great quarter-horses from Alberta but winter-plus-age pushed me three miles west to a more benign place on a cliff in the woods overlooking the harbour where snowflakes float almost straight-down in the worst storms.
