The article is interesting and while I have no sympathy for King's politics, much less his second amendment positions, he has had an interesting life and I am sure I could enjoy a conversation on doubleguns and a meal with him.

I truly believe we should argue on facts and principles and avoid personal attacks when possible. There is a reason I was taught when young to avoid politics and religion in social settings whenever possible.
