From the dealings I have had with Cabelas, they seem great. Any problems bring it back. I thought they had a 30 day period on used guns, but the last one I picked up the fellow said 90 days.
The other equipment seems to follow the same way, if you have the receit no problem, no receit store credit. A friend of mine had a e-collar that went bad, had it for close to 3 years, no receit, they pro-rated it and basically he got a new collar for nothing, close to $300.00. It seems that most of these stores want to cater to the customer and keep them happy for future sales and to tell other people of their dealings.
As for the prices, I think they are close to the others, some better, some worse.
