I just received my new double, and I am now the proud owner of a H. Holland! So naturally, I had to share the news and pics with all of you guys! I never thought I'd be able to afford a Holland, but found this one at a reasonable price as it has been refinished at some point in the past. I have an inquiry into Holland and Holland to find out exactly when she was crafted, but likely between 1860-1876. The light somewhat washed out the colors in the image below, but the stock has some beautiful marbling to it. It has 2 3/4" chambers and I have some 3000 PSI loads made up for her. One odd thing I noted though was that the front trigger fires the right barrel choked IM and the rear fires the IC choked barrel. Normally I thought the front trigger would fire the more open choked barrel. Here she is smile
