I took some more pics and added them to the album. Anyone live in Phoenix want to inspect this? It is hard to photograph the bore as I am sure you are aware.

That crossed scepter date stamp looks like an 'O' from your pictures just posted so 1934 to 1935.

The photos of the bore are a little tough to see what's going on but look like just minor roughness. Pretty typical of most older guns.

To each their own but I've shot worse looking barrels.

No doubt they look shootable...but they sure lowered the value.

Chiseling at him already, aren't you? Think you can get it for the lowball price you offered for the Stevens?

gunut last time I tried I couldn't clean pits out of a barrel.
