I spent $11 on breakfast and $11 on lunch at the entrance to the show just like I did at the Riviera for the past 15 years. I made reservations at 3 different restaurants in the hotel and ate dinner at my leisure. It was a bit pricey at the steakhouse but the food and service were great.

My room was nice and clean for under $100 per night with the fees. The parking was free in the garage. The monorail was $5 and was right in the hotel. We used it to explore the entire strip after the show.

The gunshow was wonderful with the same high quality goods that I expect. It was a better show for buying and selling than any I have attended at the Riveria for the past 15 years. The smaller 6 foot tables in the antique show were discounted this year so I got two. I expected to be crammed in and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of room we had. Next year the antique arms show will move to the room next door and will increase from 40K to 70K square feet and have 3 loading docks and go back to 8 foot table . I bought and sold from Thursday noon until Sunday noon and then packed up and went home with very little waiting or issues.

I think it is by far the best gun show in the western US in terms of quality and quantity. I had a great time and I thought the hotel was a very nice upgrade from the previous venue. I reserved my tables for next year.
